Cancellation Policy:

• We require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75.00 fee, applied to the next booking.
• Pre-paid appointments not attended may either forfeit a session from the package or incur the $75.00 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel:

• Cancellations must be communicated by calling our office directly at 416-548-6548.
• Social media messages are not accepted for cancellations.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy:

• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation fees.
• If the payment method on file is inactive, the cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
• Any outstanding fees must be settled before booking further appointments.

Extenuating Circumstances:

• We offer a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances.
• Alternatively, clients may reschedule for a complimentary session, which must be booked within 7 days of the cancellation.

Three-Strike Policy:

• After three late cancellations or no-shows, a full deposit will be required for future bookings.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, helping us serve all clients more effectively.

Treatments or treatment packages purchased never expire. Any treatments purchased will be added to your file for later use.

All of our 5-session packages includes Five (5) sessions for the price of Four (4) sessions. Clients who purchase a 5-session package pay the price of four (4) sessions and receive the fifth (5th) session at no additional cost.

All sales are final. Free treatments included with purchases are rendered after all paid treatments. Free services are non-refundable and have no monetary value. Unused or unrendered treatments cannot be transferred to another customer. If LMC – Laser Medical Clinic decides to issue a refund, it may provide it as store credit only, at its sole discretion.

LMC – Laser Medical Clinic respectfully requests 48 hours notice before a cancellation or appointment change to allow other clients to have a time slot. Failure to do inform us within 48 hours will result in one session being removed from your account.

Upon your specific request we may book your treatments with a specific staff member; however, this cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to notify clients of any changes made to a laser technician or nurse or doctor’s schedule/availability whether or not the appointment(s) have been scheduled.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
