LMC Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.

  • Forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations.
  • If less than 48 hour notice is given, LMC – Laser Medical Clinic reserves the right to charge $75.00 on the next booking schedule.
  • Pre-Paid appointments not attended will forfeit a treatment from their package.
  • Please note that cancellations with less than 48-hour notice via communication on social media platforms are not acceptable.
  • Cancellations must be done by contacting the clinic directly by calling our office at 416-548-6548.
Privacy Policy​

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.lasermedicalclinic.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site.  It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late arrival will result in a modified treatment time so that the next guest is not kept waiting. Full charges will apply.

Refund Policy

Please note, all treatments purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additionally, treatments or packages cannot be shared between individuals. However, treatments can be credited and used towards another treatment, considered on a case-by-case basis. Additionally over the counter and unused facial products can be exchanged up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

LMC – Laser Medical Clinic respectfully requests 48 hours notice before a cancellation or appointment change to allow other clients to have a time slot. Failure to do inform us within 48 hours will result in one session being removed from your account.

Treatments or treatment packages purchased never expire. Any treatments purchased will be added to your file for later use.

Upon your specific request we may book your treatments with a specific staff member; however, this cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to notify clients of any changes made to a laser technician or nurse or doctor’s schedule/availability whether or not the appointment(s) have been scheduled.

Information Collection & Use

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Access to & Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

Six (6) Session Packages

All of our 6-session packages includes six (6) sessions for the price of five (5) sessions. Clients who purchase a 6-session package pay the price of five (5) sessions and receive the sixth (6th) session at no additional cost.
