Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the LMC - Laser Medical Clinic Referral Program.

1. Referrers and referees must have a paying LMC - Laser Medical Clinic service in order to apply the credits to their accounts.
2. Family, friends, and colleagues must receive a service from LMC - Laser Medical Clinic that costs $100 or more prior to the 15% credit being assigned.
3. You, the referrer, will receive a credit equal to 15% of your friend's first purchase to be used for any of your future treatments with us.
4. Only one referrer credit will be granted per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, LMC - Laser Medical Clinic will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for such referral.
5. Referral accounts that are cancelled by LMC - Laser Medical Clinic for any reason (non-compliance with our usage policies) will not be included in the program.
6. LMC - Laser Medical Clinic credits are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. LMC - Laser Medical Clinic reserves the right to terminate the account(s) of any referring customer and/or referred customer.
