No. The complimentary 15-minute phone consultation does not require a credit card. Existing-client hair-treatment appointments have a separate card-on-file policy.

A valid card is required to secure an existing-client hair-treatment appointment. It is not charged when you book. A $50 fee may apply for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or for missed appointments.
