Company Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy – LMC Laser Medical Clinic

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all our clients, LMC – Laser Medical Clinic has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. Please review our guidelines below: Cancellation Policy:
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75.00 fee, which will be applied to your next booking.
  • If you miss a pre-paid appointment, you may forfeit a session from your package or be subject to the $75.00 cancellation fee.
How to Cancel:
  • Cancellations must be made by calling our office directly at 416-548-6548.
  • Social media messages will not be accepted for cancellations.
Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy:
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and will be subject to cancellation fees.
  • If the payment method on file is inactive, the cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
  • All outstanding fees must be cleared before booking any future appointments.
Extenuating Circumstances:
  • We understand that unexpected situations arise. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances.
Three-Strike Policy:
  • After three late cancellations or no-shows, a full deposit will be required for all future appointments.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these policies, allowing us to provide the best service for all our valued clients.

Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To ensure we respect the time of all our guests, late arrivals may be limited to the remaining time of your appointment, but the full service fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding!

Appointment Policy – Punctuality & Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or modified to accommodate the next scheduled guest and maintain our clinic’s efficiency.

Full charges will still apply, regardless of the adjusted duration of your treatment. To maximize your appointment and ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide seamless and high-quality service for all our valued clients.

Appointment Scheduling & Staff Availability Policy

At LMC – Laser Medical Clinic, we strive to accommodate your preferences. Upon request, we may schedule your treatment with a specific laser technician, nurse, or doctor; however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Please note that our team members' schedules may change, and we are unable to provide prior notification of any adjustments to staff availability, regardless of whether your appointment has already been booked. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide you with the best care possible.

Expiry of Treatments or Packages

Treatments or treatment packages purchased never expire. All sales are final. Free treatments included with purchases are rendered after all paid treatments. Free services are non-refundable and have no monetary value.

Six (6) Session Packages

All of our 6-session packages include six (6) sessions for the price of five (5). Clients pay for five and receive the sixth session at no additional cost.

Laser Hair Removal Policy

As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask all clients scheduled for laser hair removal to shave the treatment area beforehand, ensuring no stubble is present.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At LMC – Laser Medical Clinic, all treatment purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Treatments or packages cannot be shared between individuals. However, under certain circumstances, treatment credits may be applied toward an alternative service, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

For skincare products, unused and unopened over-the-counter facial products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.

All sales are final. Complimentary treatments included in promotional packages will only be rendered after the completion of all paid sessions. Free services hold no monetary value and are non-refundable.

Unused or unredeemed treatments cannot be transferred to another individual. In rare cases, if a refund is granted, LMC – Laser Medical Clinic reserves the right to issue the refund as store credit only, at its sole discretion.
